Why Great Lakes Cockapoos?

Our dogs are family members first.  They live within a busy household and get a lot of playtime and couch cuddles.  They take turns going on car rides to pick up their "human siblings".  Litters are all whelped in the home and puppies are exposed to house noises daily (t.v., dishwasher, kid chaos, etc).  By the time you are able to pick up your new companion at 8-10 weeks of age, a significant portion of the early socialization window is over (weeks 4-16), so it is important that your breeder invests time in socializing each pup.

Each puppy gets early neurological stimulation exercises between days 3-16.  The theory is that this helps them to be more tolerant to stressful situations in the future.  breedingbetterdogs.com/article/early-neurological-stimulation

We provide a 1 year congenital health guarantee that can be doubled by providing the pup with NuVet supplements for the duration of the guarantee and contract.  All of our dogs receive NuVet supplements daily which helps to support the immune system.
